In the current (April) issue of Allegro, the monthly publication of Local 802 (Greater New York City) of the American Federation of Musicians, Bill Kirchner been honored with a 3000-word feature cover article. The piece deals with numerous facets of Bill's life and musical career.
Its author is Todd Bryant Weeks, Local 802’s Principal Business Representative for Jazz. Todd is an accomplished jazz historian whose works include Luck’s In My Corner, a fine book on the great jazz trumpeter Hot Lips Page.
